Button Strength Tester/Five-Claw Buckle Tension Tester

The button strength tester/five-claw button tension tester is used to test the adhesion strength of buttons, buttons and fasteners on garments, and to measure the button's fastening force or the destructive force of disengaging clothes.

Testing purposes:

Defines the quality of garment manufacturing, ensuring that buttons, buttons and fasteners are properly secured to the garment, preventing buttons from falling off the garment and creating a risk of ingestion by infants.

Test principle:

By rotating the upper flywheel, the user can apply a fixed force and record the fixed or breaking force. With clamps and accessories, other buttons, denim buttons, four-hole buttons and clothing accessories such as zippers, bow ties, appliqués, hooks, D-rings, etc. can also be tested.

Technical features:

1. Consists of concave no-gear, bottom fabric clamp and Imada push-pull gauge.

2. The button parts are fixed by the concave surface without nails, and the clothes are fixed by the bottom fabric clamp.
