The synthetic blood penetration tester for medical masks is used to determine the resistance of medical protective masks to synthetic blood penetration under different test pressures.

principle

The medical mask sample was supported on the test device, and 2 mL of synthetic blood was sprayed horizontally to the tested mask from a cannula with an inner diameter of 0.84 mm at a distance of 300 mm. Simulate the scene where the mask is sprayed with blood from perforated blood vessels, and observe the penetration of synthetic blood on the other side of the mask.

The medical mask samples were tested at the liquid jet pressure corresponding to the liquid jet velocity: 450 cm/s, 550 cm/s, and 635 cm/s, respectively. Record the test results of each injection speed, and give the zuigao blood pressure corresponding to the acceptable quality level limit of 4 for the medical mask.
