UV weathering tester

The UV weathering tester reproduces the damage produced by sunlight, rain and dew. The equipment performs the test by exposing the material to be tested to a controlled interactive cycle of sunlight and moisture, while raising the temperature. The equipment uses ultraviolet fluorescent lamps to simulate sunlight, while the effects of moisture can also be simulated by condensation or spraying. It is the necessary test equipment for aviation, automobile, home appliance, scientific research and other fields, and is suitable for schools, factories, military, research, and other units.

UV aging test chamber structure.

◆ Box shell material: SUS stainless steel plate spray plastic treatment; inner liner material: SUS stainless steel plate;

◆ Box cover material: SUS stainless steel plate spray plastic treatment;

◆ A total of 8 UV-A or UV-B lamps are installed on both sides of the studio;

◆ The heating method is inner sink type heating, with fast heating and uniform temperature distribution;

◆ The lid is two-way flip type, easy to open and close;

◆ The water level in the liner is automatically replenished to prevent the heating tube from being damaged by empty burning;

◆ Specimen frame is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy;

◆ The bottom of the test chamber adopts high quality fixed PU movable wheels;

◆ Drainage system uses back vortex type and U-type accumulation device to drain;

◆ The surface of the specimen is parallel to the plane of UV lamp;

◆ The spray type equipment is installed with automatic nozzle inside, and the water pressure is adjustable;

◆ If the lamp is bright, once the door of the box is opened, the machine will automatically cut off the lamp power supply and automatically enter the equilibrium state of cooling to avoid human injury;

◆ Over-temperature protection inside the box, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature inside the box is too high, and enter the equilibrium state cooling

◆ Ultraviolet aging box control system.

◆ temperature and humidity control instrument using (South Korea) imported high-precision digital display microcomputer integrated controller; precision: 0.1 ℃ (display range); resolution: ± 0.1 ℃; temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement body;

◆ Control mode: thermal balance temperature and humidity regulation mode;

◆ Temperature and humidity control using P . I . D + S.S.R system with channel coordination control;

◆ No fuse protection switch; over temperature; low water level; overload; leakage; full sheath type terminals; automatic shutdown and other protection.
