Xenon lamp aging test chamber conducts aging test by exposing material samples to the light and thermal radiation of xenon arc lamp. It evaluates the light resistance and weather resistance of some materials under the action of high temperature light source. It is mainly used in automobiles, instruments, coatings, Plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, etc.

The temperature control instrument adopts (South Korea) fully imported high-precision digital microcomputer integrated controller. The temperature control output power is calculated by the microcomputer to achieve high precision and high efficiency of electricity consumption. The standard air-cooled lamp that has passed the test has a lamp life of about 1600-1800 hours. This product is designed and manufactured according to the technical parameters of GB/T16422.2-99 and IEC60068-2. The operating environment needs to be below the room temperature of 28°C and well ventilated. Do not place anything within 300mm of the front, back, left and right sides of the machine.

Material of box body: Double-layer high-temperature-resistant stretch sealing strips are used between the door and the box body to ensure the sealing of the test area. The shell is made of high-quality (t=1mm) A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, and the inner tank is made of (t=1mm) SUS304 mirror stainless steel, which is more smooth and beautiful. (Now upgraded to arc corners). With the non-reaction door handle, operation is easier.
