UV accelerated aging test box HD-E802
UV accelerated weathering test chamber is also called "uv aging test chamber", "uv accelerated weathering tester" "ultraviolet aging test machine".
Widely used in coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, printing and packaging, aluminum profiles, adhesives, automobile and motorcycle industries, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, medicine, etc.
It can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew to materials. UV uses fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses cold moisture to simulate rain and dew. The material to be tested is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. UV can reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months to years in a few days or weeks of testing. Hazard types include: fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, turbidity, foaming, embrittlement, strength loss and oxidation.
