GL3350 particle protection effect tester is used to quickly and accurately test the particle protection effect of various flat masks and 3D masks.
1、The test medium is evenly fed from the top of the chamber and discharged from the bottom of the chamber at the end of the test.
2、Testing medium NaCl particulate matter
2.1, the initial concentration of the effective space of the test bin: (20 ~ 30) mg/m3, the amount of change in the test process is not greater than 10%
2.2, aerodynamic particle size distribution of particulate matter: (0.02 ~ 2) μm
2.3、Mass median diameter: 0.6μm
3, test medium: corn oil particulate matter
3.1, test bin effective space initial concentration:: (20 ~ 30) mg/m3, the amount of change during the test is not greater than 10%
3.2, the aerodynamic particle size distribution of particulate matter: (0.02 ~ 2) μm
3.3、Mass median diameter: 0.3μm
4、Laser dust particle counter
4.1、Gas collection flow: (1～3)L/min;
4.2、Detection frequency: 60 times/min;
4.3、Measurement range and accuracy of particle concentration: (0.001～100)mg/m3, accuracy 1%;
4.4, inhalation gas sampling tube in the nostril area
4.5, ambient air sampling tube position 2cm from the mouthpiece nasal part.
5, supporting head mold: standard head mold large, medium and small size each one.
6、Breathing simulator.
6.1, sinusoidal airflow.
6.2, breathing rate: (5 ~ 40) times / min
