Ozone aging tester/ozone color fastness tester with built-in high-efficiency ozone generator and HMOS sensor is mainly used to test the ozone fastness performance of fabrics in ozone environment.

Test standard.
ISO 105-G03, AATCC 109, GB/T 11041
Main use.
Ozone aging tester/ozone color fastness tester with built-in high-efficiency ozone generator and HMOS sensor is mainly used to test the ozone fastness performance of fabrics in ozone environment.
Testing steps.
1. Place a sample and a control standard simultaneously in an ozone test chamber with oven temperature (64-82F) and relative humidity of 67% until the color of the control standard fades to the same color as the faded standard.
2. The experimental phase is a cycle, and the cycle is repeated until the sample reaches the specified degree of discoloration, or reaches a predetermined number of cycles.
3. The degree of discoloration is observed and the ozone fastness of the fabric is derived.
