Fabric Flat Abraser/Martindale Abrasion Tester
Fabric Flat Abraser/Martindale Abrasion Resistance Tester is suitable for abrasion resistance and pilling degree test under pressure of knitted fabrics, woolen fabrics, artificial leather, synthetic leather, etc. It is used in textiles, footwear, clothing, etc. industry.
Test principle:
1. Under a certain pressure, the circular fabric sample and the standard abrasive rub against each other according to the movement trajectory of the Lissajous curve, resulting in damage to the sample, and the wear resistance of the fabric is represented by the number of times the sample is damaged. .
2. The circular sample and the fabric of the same material are rubbed with a Lissajous graphic motion trajectory under a given pressure. After reaching the specified number of revolutions, the pilling level of the sample is evaluated.
