Fabric moisture permeability tester
The fabric moisture permeability tester uses the moisture permeable cup moisture absorption method to measure the ability of water vapor to pass through the fabric. This instrument is used to measure the moisture permeability of various types of fabrics and non-woven fabrics such as cotton wool and space cotton. Moisture permeability can reflect the perspiration and steam performance of clothing, and it is one of the important indicators to identify the comfort and hygiene of clothing.

ASTME96-00 "StandardTestMethodsforWaterVaporTransmissionofMaterials" moisture absorption method
Technical indicators:
1. Temperature control range: 20℃～40℃±0.5℃
2. Humidity control range: 50%RH±2%RH～90%RH±2%RH
Note: "ASTME96-00" standard stipulates: the test temperature is 21℃～32℃±1℃;
Recommended test temperature and humidity conditions:
(1) Routine test: temperature 23℃±1℃, relative humidity 50%RH±2%RH
(2) High temperature and high humidity test: temperature 38℃±1℃, relative humidity 90%RH±2%RH
3. Air velocity: 0.02～0.3m/s
4. Test time: 0～99.99h
5. Heating power: 600W
6. Humidification volume: ≥250ml/h
