Functional description.
1 The whole test equipment adopts negative pressure system.
2. Air and aerosol enter through the mixing barrel and pass through the filter media according to the flow rate specified in the standard (specimens are sealed through a special fixture)
3. Through the two photometers to detect the concentration of the specimen upstream and downstream, to calculate the filtration efficiency. The pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the specimen is detected by the differential pressure gauge.
4. Through the pump to achieve the rated flow rate.
5. Generate standard aerosol material by aerosol generator.
6. Operation of the equipment and calculation of efficiency and resistance through PLC and display.
