Main use.
Mask particulate matter protection effect detector is placed in the volume of 500L self-cleaning detection chamber national standard head mold, the mask to be tested is worn on the head mold, through the occurrence of median diameter of 0.6μm, the occurrence of concentration of 25mg/m3 of salt aerosol and median diameter of 0.3μm, the occurrence of concentration of 25mg/m3 of oil aerosol into the self-cleaning detection chamber, the head mold to do sine curve simulation of breathing. Using upstream and downstream photometer sampling to detect the concentration of salt aerosol and oil aerosol before and after the mask, and calculate the filtering efficiency of the mask particulate matter. The mask to be tested can be worn on the national standard head model to automatically detect the breathing resistance.
Application scope.
Applicable to medical device inspection institutes, disease prevention and control centers, hospitals, high-efficiency filter manufacturers, mask research and development and manufacturers, etc. for the detection of particulate matter filtration efficiency of masks, filter media, etc.
